It is well documented in dpreview forums I am not a fan of Canon R and R6 due to their poor EVF refresh rates resulting in subpar camera performance. What you are trying to achieve can easily be accomplished with the aging Canon 5D.m4 & the modern Olympus OMD EM1.m3 (and EM1.X)
